North Korea, one of the most dangerous rogue nations in the world, has just recently tested a hydrogen bomb successfully. This is not good news for the entire world. Realizing how foolish people can be, Jimmy Kimmel decided to have some fun by asking passersby in Los Angeles to congratulate North Korea on their H-bomb test. Sadly, it’s no surprise that more than a few people were happy to wish North Korea the best on their bomb.
